Diabetes is caused by the food we eat

There are many causes of diabetes and affects everyone differently. Several causes of diabetes can be controlled, but some causes such as hereditary factors outside our control. In some cases, diabetes can be prevented, but you should know what causes diabetes and the prevention of the causes.

As of now the leading cause of diabetes is a poor choice of food we eat. Studies have obesity, diabetes is, and there is an epidemic of obesity and diabetes in the U.S.

What are the foods that cause diabetes? Processed foods containing Tran’s fats, sugar and preservatives. Always eat whole foods, and keep your meals simple. Us trouble if we fatty sauces, salsa and cheese, add our food.

Eat lean meat, whole grains and green vegetables. As dietary carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates always choose simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates are packed with sugar, and increase blood sugar levels in the blood.

Avoid eating corn, which has lots of sugar. You should also avoid soft drinks, snacks and sweets. If you have a craving for sweets, fruit bat. Fruit and all natural sugar-free gelatins is a healthy choice and satisfy your desire for a sugar solution.

Complex carbohydrates are the better choice because they digest more slowly than simple carbohydrates, and are often an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Some great examples of complex carbohydrates are whole grains, brown rice, wheat, beans, legumes and vegetables. These foods are rich in fiber, which is healthy for the heart.

Diabetes is not caused by our eating habits alone. There are harmful substances that we provide, which also lead to diabetes. Many people enjoy a glass of wine after work and perhaps a cigarette. Alcohol and cigarettes has also led to diabetes.

We have all heard that alcohol is good for you, if they enjoyed in moderation, but should not be consumed by diabetics. Alcohol when it is digested by a diabetic treated as body fat.

Alcoholic drinks contain calories and peak blood glucose levels. Carbohydrates in alcoholic drinks can also cause your appetite and you continue to increase their calorie intake.visit
